I enjoyed it last year, so I'm going to repeat it! The spiciness seems to increase a little after about 3 days of opening the bottle. The spiciness has receded a bit, and the harmony of rice umami, acidity, and tanginess is nice. I also like the fact that it is a little more masculine than the current style. I want to drink other Ganki.
