This is the second time for Brilliant. I have the impression that yellowish sake is common in Tottori. It is good when warmed up to lukewarm. You can feel the acidity. When hiya (at room temperature), the umami of the rice can be felt slowly. I recommend both chilled and lukewarm heating.
