Well, tonight, I'm opening a bottle of this one that I bought a year ago 🍶.
This one will be served at room temperature 🙇.
It is golden in color and has a matured feel.
It has a soft and round mouthfeel and a mature taste. ☺️
This is a true junmai hiyaoroshi taste👍.
It goes well with tempura...I'm so happy to drink sake after a long time 🥰!
I get drunk after a long time 🤣.
