I decided to have this on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day 👆.
Actually, when I got a bottle of Gin-Sen in 2023, I thought it was dry, alcoholic and high in alcohol, so I passed on 2024, but I got it last month to try again in 2025 😄.

First, we will drink the top clear liquid without mixing the haze.
It smells good. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to find it has a mild sweetness and is very tasty 🎉.
It's totally different from my last impression 🥰.
Next, I mixed in some Kasumi, and the taste became more dense and delicious! No bitterness, no bitter taste of alsobe!

I wonder if the purpose of this aluzoe is to raise the alcohol content once 🤔.
I believe the concept was to match with strong flavors during New Year's, etc. It's also good that it's 17 degrees so it's very drinkable!
