It has a very strong sweetness and is easy to drink! Uma! ◎ I want to buy this sake again! Today I was able to get the long awaited Shiroginkai from Kangiku, durun durun! I'll make love to you My boyfriend made ramen, so I'm going to enjoy midnight ramen too...(lol)

After Tasake, I opened a bottle of Koei Kiku! I could feel the acidity and it was delicious! Koei-Kiku is delicious no matter what you drink! We finished drinking at home, feeling pretty good and drunk! (I was a little heavy this morning.)

Yesterday I went out to dinner with my boyfriend and had a drink back at home! I drink this special junmai sake regularly, but it is still consistently delicious! ◡̈ We ate out at a French x Japanese restaurant, which had a wide selection of sake! The sake we ordered was "Banjo Kotobuki Tairyo Shuku Konzuki", "Takachiyo Halloween Label", and "Machida Shuzo Daiginjo MAX"! They were all delicious! (I didn't take any pictures, so I'll just note them here.) I was curious about the Takachiyo since I saw a review of it on Sake no Wa, so I'm glad I got to try it! ◡̈

It's time for Tenmei's Zero to come out...! A year really goes by fast...! It has just the right amount of gas and is delicious! Tenmei is really delicious! ☺︎ By the way, the third picture is the notebook I used to label my sake! Before I found this app, I used to peel off sake labels and paste them on my notebook, but I thought it was a bit of a hassle... then a senior colleague at work told me about this app! Now I have stopped pasting them! (LOL)

I went to the liquor store on Saturday to get some Kangiku, but it hadn't come in yet... Instead, I bought the sake recommended by the clerk! ◡̈ Opened today! ...... This is delicious! The spiciness comes on quickly when you drink it, but at the end the spiciness fades away and you can feel the richness and umami! The waiter's recommendation is never off the mark! The third one is my favorite conger eel sushi!
