Junmai Ginjo Futari Dewa Sanzu 55 Nama Genshu Usu Nigori. We bought it at the Maruishi February New Sake Sales Event. It's very bubbly. It's not a good analogy, but it gives you a refreshing feeling like a carbonated sports drink.

I often stop by the Kura Cafe in the summer for work or to drink in the neighborhood, and I got this at a direct sales outlet for my home. It's rich in many ways. It's a hand-crafted sake, which is possible because of the small scale of the brewery's operations, but I hope this will spread more widely.

Special Junmai Matured Raw Sake. I bought it when I stopped by the Houraisen Ginjo Workshop. I didn't feel the alcohol and the sense of maturity as strongly as I expected, but it was light.
