Impression
This sake is a collaboration between Ni-Hare and the Chunichi Dragons!
It's a collaboration, but it tastes great!
The aroma is light when you open the bottle.
The mouthfeel is soft with a fresh apple flavor.
The alcohol taste comes after that, but on the contrary, it refreshes the palate and the aftertaste is refreshing.
It was a delicious sake 🍶. Nito干支ボトル 2024 DRAGON&RABBIT 限定うすにごり生純米吟醸原酒生酒 TAKA2This sake is a limited edition light nigori that I purchased at a sake brewery last year. I kept it in the refrigerator to drink at New Year's. There is no difference between the bottle and the non-limited edition. There is no difference between the bottle and the non-limited one, only a red sticker with the limited ususunigori. I drank the non-limited Usunigori at the end of the year and could not tell the difference, but both were easy to drink and tasted good. 2090 yen TAKA2I bought this at the brewery on December 10 at the Choho Festival. The aroma of the oak barrels seems to pass through the nose. This sake was also delicious as usual. 1980 yen Nito純米 山田錦六十五 しぼりたて荒ばしり生純米生酒 TAKA2I bought some at the Chohyo Festival the other day. I was able to purchase the nigori sake in the 12 Zodiac bottles, but was not able to purchase the nama sake because it was sold out. Instead, I bought this sake. It was also very tasty. 1650 yen. 加藤コージJunmai Ieyasu 88
Commemorative brew for the 333rd anniversary of the company's founding
Maruishi High End Ieyasu with a low whiteness.
If you weren't told, you might mistake it for Jungin.
And just because it's low-polished doesn't mean it's affordable...(I usually don't buy it for the price) Nito純米山田錦65 うすにごり生原酒 KEG DRAFT 直詰純米原酒生酒おりがらみ 加藤コージOctober Round Stone Day
KEG DRAFT, a super fresh concept, was recommended by the proprietress? The proprietress recommended it to me. The expiration date was 3 days. When I drank it on the same day, it had a strong youthful bitterness, and I thought it might not be my favorite type...? But after a day of drinking it, the corners were removed and it became much easier to drink👍. TAKA2This is a Chohyo Festival limited edition sake purchased at the Chohyo Spring Festival held at the brewery I visited last month. It is the first sake rice Kame-no-o that I have ever had at Nitoshi. It has a mild, non-habitual taste, and I was able to drink it like water. 2,640 yen. TAKA2I recently purchased this sake from the brewery at the Choho Spring Festival. This is the first sake I have ever had from the two hares. The sake rice is Omachi. I am curious about the meaning of the ? mark on the name label, but I don't know what it means. It tastes sweet, with a twang in the nose, and is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake. It was delicious. 1,900 yen. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
