KaedeIt is one of the most aromatic sake I drank in Kochi. It has a strong aftertaste, and it definitely goes well with strong food.

KaedeKochi again. I had a strong feeling that I was drinking sake. The oden (omakase) was delicious. I usually don't want to have too many side dishes, but this sake tasted even better when paired with a gentle side dish.

KaedeAt a sake bar in Kochi, where I happened to be. The balance is divine. No unpleasant taste at all from start to finish with a clean mouthfeel! They don't seem to brew Yamadanishiki that much. A wonderful encounter.

KaedeThe aftertaste is no longer watery and drinkable at it's finest! It may have the least aftertaste of any sake I've ever had. When it is in the mouth, the aroma is rather full, and I can taste the flavor.
