If you want to enjoy both hot and cold sake! It was served cold for the time being, as it seems to be a sake for "hot" and "cold". The taste was surprisingly tangy, but as it warmed up, it gradually became gentler and more rounded. It was probably at its best when it was lukewarm. The aroma is sweet and refreshing, and seems to go well with sashimi.

The sake has a robust taste and a lingering aroma. I was surprised at the totally different atmosphere even though they are the same Yamahai. This one seems to go well with snacks that are a little stronger in flavor.

It was recommended to me that even those who have a slight dislike for Yamahai can drink it easily and refreshingly, so I gave it a try. The taste is refreshing with a slight bitterness.
