Kaede
Since we were at a sushi restaurant, we ordered a spicy sake to go with the sushi. The sake had a robust flavor that matched perfectly with the season's cold yellowtail and the richness of the chutoro (medium fatty tuna). I thought it might be a little too much for the modest sushi, but I am a big fan of strong tasting sake, so I was very pleased with the taste. On the other hand, the aroma through the nose was refreshing, and it had a clean taste that did not linger. It was delicious.
