Gassy! Refreshing! It's refreshing!
This is the bubbly spodori of the sake world!
You can feel the acidity, but the aftertaste is clean.
No sweetness, just dryness.
The aroma is mild, with juicy acidity on the first sip.
After that, the aroma on the nose is very pleasant.
At the end, there is an astringent taste that lingers as a nice aftertaste.
I thought it was a sake with a story to tell 😂.
My first Kido!
It's famous for its fruity taste, so you might expect it to have a strong sweetness, but it's gentle and soft 💡.
I can drink it easily.
And what can I say, it's cheap 😂.
Kubota for a limited time only.
It's so easy to drink that you don't feel the 19 degree alcohol content at all.
It has a synergistic effect of high aroma and sharpness and is easy to drink😊.
Midorikawa for a limited time.
The image of Midorikawa was that it was a clean and elegant sake.
This time it's an origarashi, which means that the acidity and sweetness come from the back of the bottle 💡.
The aroma is mild, and there is an elegant sweetness on the palate, followed by a juicy acidity.
It was like a nice sake that leaves a pleasant aftertaste😊.
I wanted to try this Akishika since I live in Osaka.
It was only sold in cups lol.
My impression was that the flavor was sticky and crisp.
It's delicious and I'd like to try the other ones too 💡.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the acidity follows as it rolls.
The lingering aroma lingers a little on the nose, but it is a crisp sake.
It is very delicious.
It was delicious with a soft sweet taste.
I was drinking quite a bit, so much so that I remember the sweetness and the spiciness of the spicy daikon being a perfect match 😂.
I'll have to buy it again.
This sake was made to go well with oysters.
If you drink it by itself, the acidity is too strong, and it tastes like an unpleasant sparkling.
However, when paired with oysters, the acidity disappears and the sweetness of the oysters is amplified, making it a delicious sake.
A drinking party because a friend of mine bought it.
This sake is brewed with several kinds of sake rice.
The directional aroma was like a direct hit to the brain.
Since it is Senkou, I expected it to be fruity, but it was a totally rich and mellow sake.
It has an exhilarating aroma followed by a citrus-like acidity.
And it's sharp.
I ordered a fragrant dry wine and it was recommended to me, but it was perfect!
I think this is the first time I've understood the gasiness of this drink.
At first I thought it smelled like caramel.
Not only is it sweet, but it has a boozy feel to it.
Delicious😊.
Good evening!
Saku is seriously delicious.
There are so many sakes out there that are simply sweet, but Saku is one of those gems that makes you feel like you're drinking sake!
It's a masterpiece, Saku!
The flavor comes first, then the aroma rises to the nose, and finally the alcohol comes through.
The dryness of the sake (18 degrees) seems to come last.
Personally, I like the label very much.
