Tetsusai Authentic Dry Honjozo Ahhh, this. This is good for summer. This is good for summer. Kyoto's sake is often seen as an "honors student" sake, but this is the power of the capital city. I didn't write it down, but if you look it up, you will find it is called Tamakae. For the past three days, I have been a sake refugee, wanting to drink sake for the first time in three months, but I finally got over it. +It seems to be in the neighborhood of +6. Good for summer sake.

I don't understand the subtleties of life, but I do understand the deliciousness of this sake. The acidity is enhanced when the sake is heated up. It becomes easier to drink. Well, sweet and sour. Apricots. To be honest, it was too sweet for the conditions of the day. I'll have to buy a bottle.

Tasty, but easily and strongly cut? It can be sweet or spicy depending on the combination of drinks. It is unique and I haven't grasped it yet. It is different from other sake. Interesting.

It is a "raw" alsobe, but it is far more fruity and easy to drink than the word implies. The carbonation also gives it a sparkling taste. I remember buying it a few years ago because it was the most delicious sake at the Kurabiraki event, but my impression is that the quality of the sake has changed considerably from the gutsy and intense impression I had at that time. However, it is 19 degrees Celsius, and there is a strong bitterness at the end, and it has a "tarekuchi-ness" that cannot be expressed by just saying "00-poi".

Yes. Hats off to you. It is delicious, thick, and spicy. This is Nara sake. The aroma is good, too. A common expression is "On the rocks with ice." What are you talking about? It's good just the way it is. But be careful, it's 18 degrees.

Although it is a draft sake, it is watered down to 15 degrees Celsius, so to be honest, it does not have an ogre-like quality to it. It is an easy-drinking, not too sweet honjozo, with a glimpse of the gorgeousness that is typical of the Sangorosugi style. I wish it were not watered down. PS: It went well with a pot with a strong flavor. It has a sense of Kagemusha. It is very good as a food sake. Sorry for saying such a terrible thing.
