It's like what I used to think was the smell of sake when I was little has turned into the taste of sake as well (vocabulary). I usually prefer lighter or sweeter sake that is more pleasant on the palate, so I felt it had quite a punch 😅... This sake is made by a brewer called Tamura Hanjuro Kinjo in Fussa City.

It was fruity and easy to drink~! This is the first brand I've seen. (I didn't see it registered in this app either.) (Sorry if there is one.) Fruity but not too sweet and easy to drink. I think the store owner told me that it was made by a liquor store and that there is now a brewery, but my memory is a little hazy. I want to drink it again.

I drink this brand often when I see it. However, the taste is different from what I imagined... I wonder if the taste changes a lot depending on the season. It has been a long time since I drank it. Still, it has a sweeter flavor and tends to be my favorite. It is fruity. It seems to be a family-run brewery (according to the store owner), which is why they don't produce a large amount of it. It might be a lucky sake if you can find it. It's like a relaxing people.

It tastes like wine! It is soft on the palate but has acidity, but it is easy to drink. On the day I drank it, I compared it with two other wines and finished it the fastest. I think I like the taste. The author of Slam Dunk liked this sake, and it seems that Slam Dunk sold well and so did this sake, and they even collaborated to produce a sake. The name "Mitsui Kotobuki" comes from this sake (according to the store staff).
