Purchased at Heiwa Sake Brewery.
I think it has a yogurt aftertaste like it says on the package.
It's not too bad for a doburoku, but it's a bit on the refreshing side.
Firm taste.
A momentary fruity, grape-like taste?
The aftertaste is a bit astringent and a bit dry. A bit dry, with a touch of astringency.
Easy to drink without much alcohol.
Happy New Year!
So, Year of the Snake Bottle
Limited edition bottle of ESHIKOTO by Kuroryu Sake Brewery
A robust flavor with a refreshing aftertaste
Tastes like KISS OF FIRE from Kano Sake Brewery with a fruity flavor to make it easier to drink.
The "Yuki-Onna" as it used to be called.
The gasiness is so great that when you flip the aluminum over, the lid pops off.
The lees are literally like snow!
Slightly sweet and strongly carbonated when drunk without the lees.
When the lees are mixed in, the sweetness is reduced a little, and the sake-like taste comes out.
Personally, I prefer it after mixing the lees.
There is almost no alcohol taste peculiar to nigori sake, and it is very easy to drink.
It is one of the best sake I have had this year!
Purchased because of the stylish label.
Very tasty and easy to drink sake.
The aftertaste is syrupy and lingers a bit, but the sweetness is just right.
You can also taste the delicious rice flavor.
