I went for a drive to Michi-no-Eki Tojo today and bought a bottle. Sake from the village of Yamada-Nishiki. It is 100% Yamada-Nishiki.
The label is stylish, but the taste is firm and dry. The aftertaste is refreshing.
Maybe I didn't chill it enough, but it is delicious.
