I went out yesterday to buy some and bought some Shuyoshi. The pop-up sign at the store reads "Dry". I was worried about it when I went there last week.
This sake is brewed with Akita Sake Komachi rice and Hoshi yeast. The alcohol content is 16%.
The aroma is subdued (a bit stuffy), and after a sip, you don't feel any acidity, but it passes down your throat with a nice vigor and spiciness.
I like dry sake, so it is very tasty.
