Lactic acid is strong, so sour that I suspect I'm drinking expired yogurt. I couldn't stand it, so I warmed the sake. The addition of the cinnamon stick and honey would have been a success in reducing the twang and acidic aroma, and the honey mellowed out the sourness of the yogurt. I no longer want to buy it again for this.
