Visited the brewery in early spring and purchased I called ahead of time because I was visiting early in the morning. On the day of our visit, we were given a tour of the brewery and a tasting by the very unique previous owner of the brewery. We were given a tour and tasting of the brewery. It was a long time ago, but we were able to see the inside of the brewery where the drama "JIN Jin" was filmed. The inside of the brewery was used as a location for the drama "JIN Jin", and the photos shown to us were very impressive. The brewery seems to be obsessed with low-polishing rice. I thought it would be very rough. The appearance: a hint of lees. A little complex on the palate. Sweetness lingers in the acidity. The label says it has hints of muscatel and melon. As it says, it's juicy and refreshing. I found a great sake that I want to talk about! Rice used: Omachi Polishing ratio 90 Alcohol 16.5 Yeast: Tochigi yeast T-ND T-S Preference 4.5 Repeated use Yes

Kokubutsuru Nakaya Kyubei Junmai There is a sake brewery in Fuchu, Tokyo? I immediately went to buy some! Inside the store is a stylish sake shop with a wide selection of sake. They don't seem to be brewing any sake at the moment. They are outsourcing to a sake brewing company in Saku, Nagano Prefecture. They said they outsource their brewing to a sake brewing company in Saku, Nagano Prefecture. How does it taste? First sip, it has a peculiar taste. After the second sip, it has a strong flavor. About a week after opening the bottle Roundness and flavor increase. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol percentage degrees Preferred 3.7

Purchased on a visit to Sano in early spring My grandmother was tending to the store and was taking a nap. She was looking at the sake and I woke her up. I asked her how old she was. She was 94 years old and very accomplished! She even let us taste the sake! Looking at the label... It's made by Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda City! I didn't realize it until I drank it! I wonder if they brew other kinds of sake here as well. Mouthfeel Room temperature immediately after opening the bottle The first sip is a bit peculiar. A few days later, cold. I like it this way. Alcohol 15%. Preferred 2.9

Brilliant(Sanzen) I thought there was a summer sake of Otters, so I bought it. When I opened the bottle, something was different! I noticed the brand name "Sanzen"! The word "Sanzen" looked like "Otters" to me! I tried to drink it. It's pretty good! A nice fruity aroma that wafted through the air. The fruity aroma is almost pineapple-like. On the palate Sweetness, astringency, and spiciness of the original sake can be tasted. If you read the label carefully, it says It is good on the rocks. If you put one piece of ice on top of the wine glass... It is light and can be enjoyed as a food wine. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 17.5 Taste 4.0
