四半世紀は経つかなぁ~山形駅で土産として買った出羽桜桜花吟醸酒に出会い、日本酒の旨さを知ったのが始まり。 お酒(何でも飲みます)は大好きなのですが、日々少々嗜む位でほろ酔いに浸る自分ですが、日本酒は、純米酒や吟醸酒(ためらいが然程ない価格帯)を好み、特に美酒に出会った時は幸せ感が漂います。 せめてラベル位はという思いと、つたない感想など、都度残していきたいと思います。

Due to the influence of the historical drama I went to visit Ishiyama-dera Temple in Omi. Afterwards We had dinner at a restaurant in front of the temple gate, Koshu. Eel kabayaki. Shimi-shimi no kama-meshi. And sake. It was truly a luxurious time! It was the moment of pouring the sake into the cups. I couldn't see much of the sake. The brand name is Tamaei. In Aomori I didn't have much time, so I went to A-FACTORY near the station. Although there are not so many kinds I bought it in the midst of hesitation. I opened the bottle in the train. A mini cup is a necessity for traveling. Light, soft, easy to drink. And the taste is very good. A perfect match for the scallop lunch box from the station bento box. Wakakoma Kakekoma Unfiltered Nama Sake 2020BY Purchased during a visit to a sake brewery Last spring..! Hmmm... I see... I've never had a kijoshu before. This sake is for riding, though. Both the aroma and the taste are unique. I'm not sure... when I start drinking. The sweetness, the acidity, they're all strong. It has a rich, mellow taste. It's a complex and mysterious sake. Kunihki -BEIGE- Nishijin brocade obi series I entered a liquor store for the first time. The label stands out (I checked it later.  What a surprise! It is made of Nishijin brocade.) I was attracted by it and bought it. I think this is the first sake from Shimane Prefecture. This sake is fruity and gorgeous. I know that's a common expression. Even those who don't like sake say it's delicious. It is one that even those who don't like sake say it's delicious! Low alcohol, which means it is light. It is not too sweet. And the price is reasonable. I also enjoyed it. It can also be a gift. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 14 degrees Sweetness/spiciness Preference 4.0 Repeat Yes I will peel off the label and keep it.

Nigori-shu, active raw sake This is a bad guy! I was attracted by the gorilla label and bought it. It has a sweet taste and is very smooth on the palate. It goes down smoothly in the mouth. But it has a high alcohol content. But because of its high alcohol content, it is classified as a dangerous sake (laugh). It gives the same impression as the "Yukikko" of Drunken Sen.
