ETENE
Late July, I got off at Kirishi Station on the Iida Line and visited
It was past 1:00 p.m. in the intense heat.
First of all, I arrived at the soba restaurant I wanted for lunch.
But the restaurant was closed, and we were sunk.
In the end, we took a detour to the brewery.
We arrived at the brewery in a sweat.
At the brewery's sales counter, we were greeted by a sister.
She was very calm and helpful, and we made our purchase.
I was expecting an explanation of the brewery and a tasting.
It turned out to be our own selfish idea.
Now, this summer sake...
The aroma has a slight peculiarity.
But when you drink it, it's light and refreshing, with a little low alcohol content.
It also has a strong umami.
It's not characterized by acidity.
I liked it a lot.
