Second Takamatsu souvenir. I don't remember why the shopkeeper said it was "only available now", but I forgot. I think I bought it because I was attracted by the words "[limited edition]. It is a sweet, mellow, and full-flavored sake. It is a delicious sake.

Final Kyushu Souvenir Local sake brewed with Hinohikari rice from Oita Prefecture I love stories like this. Sake with sweetness and freshness, just like the label says! I've always found Kyushu sake to be generally sweet, but maybe that's just a coincidence? Soy sauce is sweet too.

The first souvenir from the Kagawa expedition I bought it to see what it was like since it is often mentioned in magazines. Surprisingly, it is also sake. Is it a yogurt sour? I thought sourness was the enemy of sake, but if it can be reproduced, this is also a taste. I don't dislike it.

Kyushu Souvenir No. 5 After comparing ginjo and daiginjo at the tasting, we chose this one! As the label says, it has a sharp taste that proves that the umami and sharpness of sake is not only due to the rice polishing ratio. My favorite.

Second Beppu Expedition I found this at a local sake store. My first Oita sake. Among the many variations, I was attracted by the words "summer sake" and the cool label, so I bought it! As usual, the taste is not known until you drink it.

Beppu Expedition Purchase Part 1 An early summer vacation in Beppu, a trip to the hot springs and a search for hard-to-find sake in southern Kyushu We got Oita and Nagasaki sake at a sake specialty store. I found Kumamoto sake at a supermarket near the ryokan, so I reflexively bought it! I guess it is a regular sake for drinking at home, but it is a refreshing sake for cold drinking. Good for a drink after a hot spring bath.
