We visited a sake brewery in a mountain village in Kochi.
After visiting the museum of the artist from whom the sake is named, we were presented with a complimentary bottle of sake.
The brewery's specialty is dry sake, so it was very dry.
There were many different kinds of sake at the direct sales counter, so it was hard to choose just one. What made me happy was that all of the sake was available in 300ml bottles. I would like to compare different kinds of sake, so I hope they will offer them in 300ml bottles, even if it costs a little more.
