The last souvenir from back home
I did not know there was such a sake brewery in Saijo.
I bought it because of its stylish label and the fact that it is made from rice produced in the prefecture.
The sake is indeed tangy and dry with a sake strength of +9!
A delicious sake that goes well with meals!
