I bought this sake because I heard that it was made to compete with Jyushiyo. I've been looking forward to this day for a long time. When I opened the package, I could smell the fluffy aroma of Ginjo sake. In the mouth, I got the impression that it was young. Then it became tangy. My first impression was that it was dry. The mouthfeel is thick and mellow. When I swirled the glass to let air in, it became quite sweet, which surprised me. I just opened it today, so I'd like to give it some time and taste it again. The ding on the package is cute, isn't it? What does it look like to you? It seems to change depending on how you feel that day. But... Nozawana and it goes so well together! It's a marriage. ！！！！ Congratulations! You must try it✨.

We had this with dinner when we stayed in Gero Onsen. It was said to be dry, but it was not that dry. It was refreshing and light. It is not that smoky either. I think it goes well with food. Souvenirs from Gero Onsen The best ✨. It smells so good! It was a gorgeous image. The Junmai Daiginjo crown, no lie! The taste is sweet and mellow.
