The scent is so nice ✨️ Refreshing and perfect for this hot summer. If you drink sake from the beginning, you might get drunk from the heat, so I recommend this for the first drink! Why is yuzu sake made by a sake brewery so good? I will make a note to repeat the experience.

Strong alcohol. Osake! It's like "Sake! It comes on hard. You can hardly feel the sweetness of the rice. It's sour. It is not spicy. It smells like alcoholic kerosene. Alcohol! I feel like I'm drinking alcohol. You feel like you are drinking alcohol.

freshly opened (e.g. door) Sour aroma. Sweet!!! Very light sweetness. Sugar-like sweetness. No aftertaste. Slightly thick. The lightness of Kinmon-nishiki? A refreshing taste? I usually drink junmai daiginjo, but this might be better as junmai ginjo. I think it goes well with food. This is delicious. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

freshly corked The moment I opened it, a bouffant fruity aroma spread. It is sweet and easy to drink. It is fresh and has a clean aftertaste that does not linger. There is almost no sense of alcohol. Easy to drink. !!!!!! That's the only word I can use to describe it. It has a white wine-like taste, but this is definitely easier to drink. This is the one I would recommend to women. It will draw in people who tend to dislike sake.

New Sake Brewery Opening A dry feeling that smells softly. This, must be spicy! The aroma made us think, "This must be spicy! On the palate, it is sweet. When you let it breathe in the air, it is tangy and spicy. This is good with sashimi! This is good !!!! The aroma is dry. It is like a sweet sake with a high alcohol content. If I were to recommend this to a sake lover, I think this would be it. If you want to drink a lot of sake, this is the one! It's really good 🍶!!!!!!

A little dry. Alcoholic, but I don't mind it. It's good, but it's not that bad. The alcohol is very strong and makes my head spin. It makes my head spin.

New Sake Brewery Opening Wow! Sweet and easy to drink! The sweet aroma is so sweet and easy to drink! It's interesting to see the sake brewery with a lineup of dekomisei that go well with the sake! So this is what a kurabiraki is like. It's so interesting!

Ummmmm ✨ I had it with grilled sweetfish. Personally, I think dry sake goes well with light fish. The proprietress recommended the junmai ginjo, which I had with pork shabu-shabu. Umahumahumahumahumah ✨ It was so refreshingly dry. It was easy to drink, so I drank more sake than yesterday. It went well with fish, tofu, and wild vegetable tempura. It has no alcoholic taste and is easy to drink. It was a great combination of good sake and good food!

Smells great ✨ Nice aroma that goes right through your nose. Sweet ✨!!!!!! Sweet taste. It is a junmai ginjo, but it has the same flavor and sweetness as a junmai daiginjo. Very easy to drink. When I tried to refill the bottle, the cork went flying out (laugh).

Gray Sweet scent. The sweetest feeling of the day. Trotting. Green Aftertaste, crisp. Black It has a deep taste, the deepest of all. When I drink this one, I feel young for the others. When you compare the same brand of sake, you can feel the fun of sake. I like it very much. It was the most interesting comparison among all the drinks I tasted today! All three of us had different tastes and it was very enjoyable. Thank you very much. Asakusa is the best !!!!!!

Very easy to drink. It has no peculiarities and is a suitable one for first-timers. However, if you are used to drinking sake, it feels boring and featureless (laugh). Orange The best. White The best brand. No doubt. A bland, easy-drinking sake. Blue No special characteristics.

Black Strong, with the strongest alcohol content and punch. It has a feeling of being smothered. You can feel the stimulation when it passes through the nose. Very impressive. White It has a strong taste. Suitable for oily food. Red The easiest to drink. It is easy to drink. However, it does not have any distinctive characteristics. Blue The most recommended, and the most smelly. The description, no doubt. It goes with anything and everything. It feels curdling and I think it's the driest. I think it's good because it doesn't leave an aftertaste. By the way, I was drunk and my memory is a little hazy. I'm really sorry.

Yum!!! It was the best taste of the day. It is clean and dry. It also has umami. It is a suitable sake for Japanese sake. It matched well with the dishes and was delicious. It was a hidden gem recommended by the manager. I would like to have a good sake while talking with the manager again.

Aroma is almost non-existent. There is no color, and the wine is clear and colorless. The mouthfeel is sharp and then quickly fades away. Compared to other brands, it leaves an aftertaste of umami. I like it because it has a sweet taste. After debating between this brand and Nanasho, we had sashimi, tempura, and Shinshu beef for the rest of the meal, so we had to have another glass of this more assertive brand. I felt like I was drinking sake! I was getting very drunk.

Seven laughs of stability. There is no doubt about it. If you are in doubt about Kiso sake, this is the one. As the description says, it is very well balanced. I can recommend it to those who don't know if they drink sake or what kind of sake they prefer.

It smells very faintly sour. Slight yellowish tinge. After the first mouthful of sake, it has a clean and crisp taste without leaving any aftertaste. A perfect match for light-flavored steamed dishes and sashimi! It is best to drink it with the first course of a meal, as it does not disturb the taste of the ingredients.

No scent. Slightly yellowish. Moist brewing alcohol flavor. Alcohol! It's like "Alcohol! I don't really like this flavor, so I won't repeat it. But it goes well with the aburadome meat tempura! MARRIAGE!!!

Moist alcohol smell. It also smells sour. When I turned it around and let it air out, the sour-like smell became stronger. Lemon? Grapefruit? Weak, but I think citrusy. After the daiginjo sweetness comes, followed by the curdling sensation of brewing alcohol, the aftertaste remains sweet. The sweetness is slightly melon-like. Slightly melon-like. The bottle is pink and cute🌸. I think they made the bottle that way because the alcohol itself was colorless. Cute 🌸 This is one of the memorable bottles from my trip to Aizuwakamatsu.

Sweet! I thought it would be raw because it's a draft sake, but it's not, and it's easy to drink. The mouthfeel is tangy and spicy. It goes down the throat with a caress, but it is so sweet and sugary that I don't mind. It has the sweetness and elegance of a Junmai Daiginjo.
