It is refreshing and light. It seems to be a local sake from Shinshu. Personally, I don't think it tastes like much 🍶. The smell of alcohol is a bit strong. It smells a little fishy. It feels raw. It doesn't taste very good. Maybe because I drink it with Sharaku. It has a sweet taste. The aftertaste is sweet and fluffy. You can feel the sugar.

Sake to be served on New Year's Eve. After careful selection and examination, it is Daiginjyo Jikin. It is the last exorcism for this year. I would like to have a good sake to exorcise the bad luck and welcome the good year. The overall taste is well balanced. There is nothing bad about it. There is no flaw. It tastes sweet, mild, and calm. I hope next year will be the year of this kind of taste.

The mouthfeel is sweet. Fruity aroma. No aftertaste. Clear and refreshing. We had it at a loach restaurant. It seems to be the restaurant's original brand.

It has a gorgeous flavor typical of junmai ginjo. I like it. It has a fruity taste. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing. The alcohol comes in with a sharp taste, but it does not linger. It is delicious. Flower of Kyoto It is said to be made from sake rice called "Kyo-no-Hana". Uma-Uma. It is the best local sake of Fukushima Prefecture.

Fluffy and refreshing. Clean and crisp. No aftertaste. It looks good. Gives a young impression. It goes well with dishes, but is not the star of the show. It is a local sake from Shinshu. It has a strong alcohol content, not much aroma, a clean aftertaste, and a spirit that absolutely does not get in the way of the food. Paired with the miso pizza, it was absolutely delicious. By the way, what does GI mean?

More sour than I expected. Fluffy, wafting alcohol. Soft on the palate. But a little tingly. Really faint carbonation on the palate. It may be because the bottle was just opened. Recently, I noticed that different sake rice tastes very different. I would like to try different sake rice to find my favorite. For now, Yamada-Nishiki is the best. This time the Yamada-Nishiki was from the Tojo district of Hyogo Prefecture. It was something different from what I expected. The usual gorgeous aroma was not so strong. It also tasted a bit young. Maybe it's just my imagination. Maybe it's because I'm not feeling well. It seemed sour for a Sharaku. It doesn't have the sweetness of Junmai Ginjo. I felt it would taste better if I waited for it to lose its energy a little more. I will drink it again tomorrow. I will try not to drink too much today.

Steady goodness. Repeat. It tastes good even if it is just opened. I like it. I thought I liked Kinmon-nishiki. Mizuo, the red label is my favorite 🥰.

Just opened. It has a sour taste, typical of Junmai sake. The color is slightly yellowish. There is a sour aroma that lingers in the nose and the smell of alcohol. The aftertaste is also very sour. I thought it tasted young, so I swirled the glass to let the air in, and it calmed down a little. Anyway, overall, it is mawkishly sour.

Ahhh... I should have looked carefully and bought it! I was attracted by the nice word "arabashiri" and bought it. If you look closely, you will see that it is a draft sake. It's not something you rush to buy at the last minute when the store is closed. It has a sweetness in the mouth. It is very sweet, but I personally don't like the sour aroma and the unique aroma of nama-shu. I will not repeat it.

Just opened. The aroma is a little sour. It is sweet. It seemed young. (*Personal opinion). A punch of alcohol. It took effort to swallow. I don't think it is easy to drink. It is not easy to drink, but it feels like alcohol. It tasted rounder than the last Tazake we had. I think it may be because it is junmai ginjo. I wonder if the taste will change after a little time. I expect I will like it better, so I am looking forward to it.

Maido! It's a familiar drink. I felt it was a little too sour for my tired and stressed out body that was going crazy. I'll leave it for a day.

The second day after opening the bottle. It is still better on the second day. We had it with sushi. It was easier to drink than when the bottle was first opened. It has a strong aftertaste, but I don't dislike it. I like hiyaoroshi.

Just opened. When I uncorked the bottle, the sweet aroma was irresistible! It was a good smell that heightened our expectations. A slightly sour aroma? It is a bit sour. I don't think I like this very much. Maybe I'll get out of it tomorrow? It is sweet, but thick. It is sticky and thick. Is it because it's a pure sake? I feel the aftertaste is a little bit dry. It is not refreshing. It is a little tangy. Probably because it was just opened. I have a feeling that it would taste better if I let it sit for a few days.... This is what I'm going to have for the three-day weekend! I'm not a fan of nama-shu, so I wasn't sure if I'd like this one, but since it's a popular brand, I decided to give it a try. Too cholo (lol) I've been in a mess lately and haven't had time to buy sake, so there's been a gap. But I'm seriously going crazy, so I decided to start drinking again. I wonder if it will help relieve stress!

This is the first brand I have received. This is good. I'm not a fan of "raw" sake, but this is good! It didn't have the characteristic "moxa" or fizziness that is characteristic of nama-shu. It is soft on the palate. You can hardly feel that it is a "nama-zake". There was almost no alcohol taste. I liked the subtle sweetness very much. Is it because it is "Yamahai"? I mean, what does "Yamahai" mean in the context of "Nama-Shu"? Sake is so deep. Too deep to understand! But that's the interesting part 🎵 I like "Yamahai" ✨ I was able to reconfirm it.

✨ Second day after opening the bottle. The carbonated sizzle is gone and it tastes better ❗️ The second day is definitely better. I think the taste is more cohesive and deeper. It's sweet, a little tangy, and doesn't leave an aftertaste. I prefer this to the freshly opened bottle. We had rainbow trout and grilled ayu fish. It was like Bon Festival 🐟️.

Sweet!!! Strong alcohol aftertaste, but palatable 💮. Unmai! I wonder if it's handmade and tastes so different? The aftertaste is very alcoholic and "raw!" I thought.

Fluffy mood. The bottle has just been opened. Just a hint of a sizzle. Tingling on the tongue, but it does not linger. Today is the beginning of the Bon Festival. We had it with Tempura as a welcome to the Bon Festival. MARIAGE✨

Shinshu's local sake didn't quite fit the bill, but this is good ✨ I liked it the last time I bought it at the Nagano station, so I bought a repeat 🍶. It had a slight color. The bottle was freshly opened and the aroma was high. Mmmm, delicious aroma. Delicious, most of all! I had it with edamame, dumplings, and sweet-and-sour pork 🍴 I thought it was very good. The lineup that I think it's summer. It's summer vacation 🎆. Hope you have a good summer vacation 🍉.
