I've been drinking it little by little and completely forgot about it. It's a stable and delicious sake that you should always have on hand. It's a shame that the Junmai Ginjo doesn't come in a Yogo bottle, but if you want to keep it in stock, an Ichimasu bottle would be fine. It's my favorite sake because it's sweet, but light and refreshing, with no peculiarities. I would also like to try the Junmai Daiginjo Aizan.

My favorite Omine. This time, we compare it with undiluted sake. It has a moist sweetness like muscat and a gorgeous aroma that makes it easy to drink. Personally, I prefer the fire-hardened version because it has a calmer aroma.

Personally, this one is the best of the day! It's muscat-like, fruity and sweet, but not unpleasantly sweet, and it kicks off in moderation. I wonder what the Ginjo sake is like. It's a sake I'd like to try next time.

I have had Pure Black sake from Yamamoto before, but it has no peculiarity and has a clear impression. This one has a mild aroma compared to Pure Black. In addition to that, it was very delicious with Yamamoto's typical refreshing feeling.

The last one is here. It is brewed with the same Tojo Yamada Nishiki as the Kamikimoto mentioned above. The taste is completely different depending on the brewer. I had it for the first time and it was very tasty. The owner says that the quality of this year is quite good. It is very clear without roughness because it is sweet and light. It has an elegant aroma and is moderately sweet and refreshing until the end. It was the most delicious of the day. Only breweries are allowed to use Tojo Yamada Nishiki, so we were able to savor the taste.

I've posted about this one before. The next sake is also made from the same Tojo Yamadanishiki, so we were served a comparison. It is also dry and refreshing, but you can taste the rice flavor. We had a hot pot today, so we were happy with the refreshing taste.

[Yamaguchi] [Yaoshin Shuzo] [Gangi Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake The second cup is here. It has a clean entrance, but you can feel the umami and bitterness afterwards. It seems to go well with light rice.

[Niigata] [Kirinzan Sake Brewery] [Gohyakumangoku Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Nama Genshu This month's Soan is the first one. It's made with Gohyakumangoku, so it's refreshing, but it has a gorgeous entrance and a solid feel that only a nama-shu can give. It's good for the beginning.

It's been a long time since I had a sake from Nagano. I had an image that it was light and rather dry, but this one is different. It has a light and sweet taste that is in the current trend. Rather than fruity, it's more like the feeling of eating rice and feeling sweet. Even so, it tasted like a junmai-shu, yet it was refreshing and very tasty! For 1400 yen, this is a great value. I'll be checking out the rest of the series as they come out!

It took a little while, but I had it. It is my favorite sake. It is smooth on the palate and has a light melon-like aroma that is typical of Sanbon. It has the refreshing taste of Gohyakumangoku, but the bitterness of the original sake finishes it off. I ate it with menchikatsu (fried pork cutlet), and it went very well.

Yamagata] [Eikoh Fushi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Kyokuchoshinsei] Let's look back at the Tohoku trip series. This is the third installment. (This is brewed with Yamagata Prefecture's original Yukiwakamaru. The direction is similar to Miyamanishiki, with a good balance of aroma, umami and bitterness, but it also has a unique aroma that is different from Miyamanishiki. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, so it is suitable for drinking with food.

Yamagata] [Eikoh Fushi Black Fox - Black Fox - Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake Let's look back at the Tohoku trip series. This is the second volume of Eikoh Fushi. This is Black Fox brewed with Miyamanishiki. It has a beautiful and gorgeous aroma, which is typical of Miyamanishiki, followed by a delicious taste and a strong bitterness that makes it refreshing. Miyamanishiki is rather refreshing, so it is suitable for drinking with food.

This is the most popular of the unfiltered raw sake series. It has the gorgeous aroma and sweetness of Sakemira, yet it is refreshing at the end. It's no wonder it's No.1 in popularity.

[Nara] [Kaze no Mori ALPHA 2 Konoueinaki Hana] The rice polishing ratio of 22% is probably the highest I've ever seen. LOL! The mouthfeel is very clear and gassy. It has a gorgeous aroma without any peculiarities. After that, you can feel the deliciousness of Akitsuho rice. The balance of sweetness and flavor is wonderful.

Niigata] [Junmai Daiginjo Hakkaisan Snow Cellar Storage 3 Years If you notice, this is also Niigata. It's a dry sake sometimes. It is amazing that it is stored in the snow chamber for 3 years. The taste is dry but very mellow. It's easy to drink with the crispness of the Yuki no Sei and Gohyakumangoku. We also had it hot, and it was very good.
