Dragon's Bastard is only found at Takagi Shuzo.
My impression is that it is light and refreshing, but firm. I don't have to tell you about the sweetness and sharpness. It's delicious.
Mutsu Hassen has a fruity image, but this one is less fruity and more refreshing.
It is perfect for sushi.
It is said that it was created with the image of a fisherman's sake.
It's dry, yet fruity, and delicious!
Lately, I've come to think that alchohol should be used more skillfully, not as a cost-saving measure, but as a way to refresh the palate.
Hitogochi was the rice that shocked me at Shinshu Kameari. I bought this brand because I was curious about it after drinking Tojo Yamadanishiki with fire. It has an elegant sweet aroma of rice. When you drink it, it has a sweetness, but you can feel the acidity at a minimum. This makes it a refreshing drink, so it's easy to drink despite the aroma.
A little melon, sweet but moderate, silky aroma. The sourness is moderate, and it is very easy to drink. A high degree of perfection! No wonder it's so hard to find.
The cloudy part of the nigori is fine and the degree of nigori is low. It is a typical Omine Muscat, and while it is sweet, it is less sweet than the usual Omine and very easy to drink.
The aroma is silky and milky. It's a delicious, well-balanced, drinkable nigori with a hint of gas and just the right amount of acidity!
No wonder it's so popular!
It is the most moderately sweet and refreshing of all the Jikin. The nigori tends to be strong, but Jirin is easy to drink with a gassy and crisp taste.
