Then here. It's a luxurious and dreamy drinking comparison. We compared the drinks, and I think there are a lot to like here. They are all wonderful! It's hard to pick a favorite. Personally, though, I love the Twinbow! The Aizan 60% Honjozo with a sweet and robust taste, the Shichidaru Nijukan, a 35% Yamadanishiki Daiginjo, an aluzoe but with a gorgeous aroma and crispness, and the Ryugetsu, a 35% Toku-A Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo with a clear, uncluttered taste and wonderful aroma, the pinnacle of Japanese excellence. We enjoyed it very much.

Since it was sushi, we continued with a dry sake. Even though it is dry, it is refreshing and gorgeous. In short, it is very easy to drink and delicious. You can also taste the flavor of the rice. It is also mild because of the heat, so it complements the food.

This is a Sanbon brewed with Yamadanishiki from the Special A district. The fruity taste that is typical of Sanbon, combined with the deliciousness and aroma of the fine Yamadanishiki, makes it extremely delicious.

This is a comparison of Shinsei. First of all, you can feel the powerful and refreshing aroma and flavor of the Shinsei No.6 yeast. There is a bit of acidity, but it's not unpleasant at all, and it's milky. Compared to Sato Ube, it has a fresher and simpler taste. It has no peculiarity despite the fact that it is made from a traditional yeast mash, and the sweetness is moderate, so it is similar to wine.

Today, we are going to compare Shinsei. Actually, I was able to buy it when I went to Tohoku, but I didn't drink it because it was a waste. It's been about a year since I bought it, so it has a mellow taste. It is a little sweeter than Lapis, and has a fresh, gorgeous, milky aroma and acidity that is typical of Shinsei. There is no unpleasantness even if it is made with a traditional yeast mash, and the fact that only the flavor is utilized is as expected, but it is hard to stop. lol

The寫樂! It's just like that. You can feel the sweetness on the palate. The aroma is just like a melon. After that, the rice flavor and sourness come together, but the overall taste is clean and refreshing, so you will never get tired of drinking it. I've had a number of寫樂, but this may be the best one I've had.

It is a little special寫樂. Of course it is delicious, but the degree of refinement is different, isn't it? In fact, we compare it with Origarami, but this one is more refined. Yamadanishiki is more refined, while寫 is less melon. It is very clear, clean and unconventional.

Abe Shuzo continues. This one has more gas. It is also very pleasant. The sweetness of the rice is very elegant, and the aroma is slightly gorgeous, so it is not at all unpleasant. It has a milky and moderately sour taste, and the alcohol content is low at 14 degrees, so it is easy to drink. It's like a carbonated pear juice. It's a perfect favorite.

This one is rumored to be delicious. It was so good! I was told that they only make it in years when the rice is easily melted, but I could kind of understand. It's made from Gohyakumangoku, so it's basically clean, but the sweetness is brought out to the maximum, and it's a perfect balance. It also has an elegant and gorgeous rice aroma, and the low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink. This one makes me want to repeat it!

It is a sake that I remember drinking somewhere and enjoying it. The taste is so smooth at first that you would think it was water, and then the flavor slowly catches up with you. The base is dry, so it is refreshing. The aroma has a traditional acidic flavor.

Nabeshima drinking comparison (3) The label of Aizan is always red or pink, isn't it? I found it to be the sweetest of the three. The taste is strong enough to stand up to the snacks. It is also clear, but the acidity is low and the flavor is strong.

Nabeshima drinking comparison② This is a fire-hardened Nabeshima, so the taste is not as pronounced as the raw version. The overall impression is clear and crisp. It has an elegant aroma rather than a pronounced scent, and is well balanced and easy to drink.

Nabeshima Drinking Comparison 1) New moon is unique to this season. You can feel the gas. You can feel the deep flavor of Nabeshima. It's an unpasteurized sake, so it's fresh and full of flavor.

It was very tasty too! It has a unique aroma, perhaps due to the Yamahai style, but it's good! And yet it is very smooth. I was impressed with this one after drinking it for a while! I didn't have much of an image of Ibaraki's sake, but I'd like to pay attention to it.

I think I know the restaurant I went to for this one. It's fresh and juicy because it's undiluted sake, but it also has a strong flavor. It was delicious!
