The last one is here. It is brewed with the same Tojo Yamada Nishiki as the Kamikimoto mentioned above. The taste is completely different depending on the brewer. I had it for the first time and it was very tasty. The owner says that the quality of this year is quite good. It is very clear without roughness because it is sweet and light. It has an elegant aroma and is moderately sweet and refreshing until the end. It was the most delicious of the day. Only breweries are allowed to use Tojo Yamada Nishiki, so we were able to savor the taste.
