It seems a bit austere for a spring sake... That is my personal impression. Is the alcohol taste too strong? I'm having a hard time deciding what to serve with it. Well, I don't think I will repeat it. Please understand that this is just my personal impression 🙏.
I think it is a personal preference since it is highly rated when I read other people's impressions. Or eat (or drink) together.
