It has been a long time since I have been to the Wind Forest. I think it is too famous and I dared to avoid it recently.
I bought it because I found a bottle with a 50 rice polishing ratio, while most of them had a 80 ratio. It feels spicier than when I drank it before. I didn't know it was like this. That was my first impression. (This is not a good or bad thing, just an impression.) I thought it would be easier to drink, but it is more like savoring it slowly. The spiciness is also moderate. I guess that's what you would expect from a beer with 16% alcohol content. It's not that sweet, and it's good to enjoy it in just the right amount.
But still, a four-pack bottle costs less than 1,500 yen. After all, Kaze no Mori is good. Thank you, producers!
