This is a daiginjo from Hakutsuru, a very large sake brewery in Hyogo Prefecture. Even though it is a Daiginjo, it is a bottle that is easy on the wallet and can be bought for less than 1,000 yen. It has a little bit of an "aluzoe" feel to it, but considering the price, I think it's a good bottle.
You can taste the flavor of the rice from the mellow attack and full flavor. Although it is not as good as a modern sake like Senkou, you can also feel the basic ginjo aroma on your tongue.
Mochi, bamboo, walnut, violet
