Sakenomimaster
Grapes, green apples, figs, bananas. The palate has a sharp rice flavor, but the fruit aroma spreads quickly. The aftertaste is rich and lingering with the flavor of rice. Total score: 80 points Aroma: 5 points Mouthfeel: 3 points Taste 4 points Aftertaste 4 points Concept 4 points The aroma is especially shocking, no longer a high chu! (in a good way). I thought it was purely amazing that this aroma was made from rice without using any flavoring agents. It is quite heavy for a modern type, which is exactly what Yamahai is! It's like "Yamahai".

Rice cake, butter, minerals, walnuts. It has a dry aroma with a twang on the nose. The mineral, light flavor is full of aromas of concentrated rice flavor. It is a little heavy, but not too heavy, and is good as an in-between-dinner drink. Banana, rum, rice flavor, melon. The sweet taste is impressive from start to finish. The aroma gives a sharp sweetness with a twang, and as it enters the mouth, along with the tangy sweetness, the richness and bitterness of the concentrated rice flavor comes out and the taste is deep. The acidity is weak, but it is a modern type that is neither too heavy nor too spicy. It is a versatile sake that goes well with any food as a food sake. Total score 80 points Aroma: 5 points Mouthfeel 5 points Taste 4 points Aftertaste 3 points Concept 4 points From Urasato Sake Brewery in Tsukuba City. The space label was inspired by JAXA, also located in Tsukuba City.

Sakenomimaster
Melon, muscat, aloe, young grass, and rice cake. A cool, fruity aroma. The elegant white cloudy color allows you to visually enjoy the taste. Weak fizziness with a long-lasting mouthfeel. While the coolness characteristic of kangiku can be felt, the sweetness is moderate and light. The rice flavor like rice cake remains in the finish. Total score: 90 points Aroma: 5 points Mouthfeel 5 points Taste 4 points Aftertaste 3.5 points Concept 5 points This is just my personal opinion, but while the carbonation lasts a long time, by the time that carbonation wears off, you feel a miscellaneous sensuality, so you might want to pour it down your throat while the carbonation is still there. That way of drinking it would be 100 points.

Sakenomimaster
Lychee, orange, pineapple and aloe. A fruity, refreshing aroma, with a low sweetness taste. Especially the weakly effervescent, shwashy mouthfeel will make you feel its charm once you take a sip. And the refined taste with high ginjo aroma and the refreshing taste of ramune are exquisitely blended, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing taste without feeling heavy. Overall score 94 points Aroma: 5 points Mouthfeel 5 points Taste 4 points Aftertaste 4.5 points Concept 5 points Kangiku's once-a-year limited edition sake is an emerging force in modern sake and one that is unrivaled in popularity. It is also a pleasure to drink on a sunny day or during this rainy season. This is one of those special bottles that makes you look forward to summer.

Grass, chalk, yuzu, lychee, grapefruit. The cool, refreshing aroma brings to mind the blue skies of summer. On the palate, it has a sweet and refreshing taste like lychee, but gradually the dry taste like grass and stones increases. Dry and dry for a Kido, it can be used as a food wine. Total 58 points Aroma: 4 points Mouthfeel 2 points Taste 2.5 points Aftertaste 2.5 points Concept: 3.5 points I was expecting it to be sweet like blue Hawaiian syrup on shaved ice, but in fact it was the exact opposite. That's one of the reasons why I gave it a low score.

Sakenomimaster
Taste of syrup, forest, bamboo, and rice. The mouthfeel is sweet, with the tastes of mizuame and rice. Gradually, the taste becomes clearer and drier, with a hint of forest in the middle. The aftertaste is crisp and dry, with a subtle rice flavor. Total score: 74 points Aroma: 2.5 points Mouthfeel 4 points Taste 4 points Aftertaste 4 points Concept 4 points It has a smooth, refreshing taste with little or no aftertaste. It has the potential to be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as an alcoholic beverage during meals. Although it is called "Karakchikid," it is not actually that spicy, and in fact, it gives the impression of being almost sweet. It is not a classic style, but rather a completely modern taste. However, when we talk about modern sake, fruitiness comes first, but this Karakchikid can be said to be a modern sake that has been stripped of its fruitiness.

Pineapple, banana, syrup and rice cake. The flavor is a beautiful combination of tropical fruit aroma and rice flavor. The attack is fresh, the taste is edgy and moderately bitter, and the aftertaste has a slight sense of maturity like an old wine. The flavor changes with each passing step, from a sweet aroma, to a dry taste, to a mature aftertaste. Total 58 points Aroma: 4 points Mouthfeel 2 points Taste 2.5 points Aftertaste 2.5 points Concept: 3.5 points Even though it has a sweet aroma, the taste is a little different from today's aromas of cold or honored chrysanthemums. It might be delicious with smoked food in combination with cave aging.

At the store. Cotton candy, rice cake, violets, pineapple, lychee. It is sweet, so is it really that dry? I think so. It is dry with a lot of miscellaneous flavors on the palate, but when you taste it, the sweetness like cotton candy starts to come out. But when you taste it, the sweetness like cotton candy comes out. The strong aroma of rice sweetness remains in the aftertaste. Total 65 points Aroma: 3 points Mouthfeel 3 points Taste: 3 points Aftertaste 3 points Concept 3 points It is an ordinary modern sake, neither good nor bad, so I gave it a score of 3 for everything, which is neither good nor bad. At the store. Blue Hawaii, grapefruit, bamboo, lychee. Slightly sweet on the palate, but quickly turns watery and slushy. This is dry, depending on how you look at it, but there is nothing classic about it, and it is refreshingly reminiscent of bamboo groves and fresh greenery. Total score 62 points Aroma: 3 points Mouthfeel 3.5 points Taste 3.5 points Aftertaste 2.5 points Concept: 3 points If you want a dry wine to go with food, I would say Senkou Classic. It is dry but very delicate, so it would be difficult to choose dishes to match it with.

At the store. Bananas, peaches, mushrooms, and rice cakes. Sweet on the palate. The flavor comes out quickly and you can taste the classic flavor, with a clean, modern sweet finish. Maybe just right for the second cup or before dessert. The sweet bitterness is distinctive, and I think this is exactly how the sweet sake boom started. Gradually the rice flavor increases, leaving a full rice flavor in the aftertaste. Total 82 points Aroma: 4.5 points Mouthfeel 4 points Taste 3.5 points Aftertaste 3.5 points Concept 5 points I like the simple design in a transparent bottle. The aroma and attack are cool and refreshing with a strong lychee flavor. On the other hand, the rice feeling comes in later, so you can enjoy the gradation of flavors. Medium-bodied, which can be a food wine.

Lychee, rice flavor, rice cake, and muscat. Slightly sweet and discreet aroma. The mouthfeel is fruity, but as you taste it, the flavor of rice seeps through. Total score: 88 points Aroma: 3.5 points Mouthfeel 5 points Taste 5 points Aftertaste 4 points Concept 4.5 points Despite its modest aroma, the sweetness and umami in the mouth are spectacular and gap. It is typical of Jikin that it is sweet but has a little dry element. I think it is a relatively fruity category of Jikin.
