Sakenomimaster
We have Hanaboe, a water-based sake from Nara prefecture. The attack has a thick flavor like yogurt or honey, but the aroma is floral and fruity. Unlike the modern sake that is popular nowadays, it is characterized by its sweetness and full flavor with less coolness.
It is not a nigori sake, but it has a richness and a deep flavor. It has a strong impact, so rather than pairing it with food, I think it should be enjoyed on its own. Thank you for the food!
Yogurt, banana, honey, peach, orchid, persimmon
It has a mild attack and a sweet taste.
There is almost no sourness or coolness (in a good sense).
General evaluation 80 points (3 points for aroma, 5 points for mouthfeel, 4 points for taste, 4 points for aftertaste, 4 points for concept)
