 From Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture, we have the now famous brand "Ottersai". I was able to purchase it at Seijo Ishii for less than 2,000 yen. It's surprisingly easy to get hold of, isn't it? There is a spiciness that boils up in the refreshing taste, which I think is a characteristic that the modern sake like Senkou and Akatake do not have.
