Continuing on from the other day's Drinking Comparison Series! This one is a Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with the precious Aizan from Hyogo prefecture and limited to June. The bitterness that comes from nowhere intertwines with the flavor of the rice to create an elegant flavor not found in junmai-shu. It is completely different from the standard Junmai-shu and has its own goodness ♫.
It has a refreshing yet hearty flavor, so it's the kind of sake you'd like to drink with namero, iburi gakko, or other appetizers that have a lot of strong flavors. The pink label is also charming lol.
