I was curious about Kaze no Mori and got it at a local liquor store🩵.
It smells like a clear white Butou 🤤It is slightly effervescent when you drink it, almost like champagne or sparkling. Delicious🤤I was excited when I bought it, but I'm excited again after drinking it. I can't wait to see what happens when the fizziness wears off, but I'm not sure I'll keep it....
I'd like to try something else 🤤🤤.

First Doburoku. The impact was huge! The sweetness of the amazake was reduced considerably, and the flavor of the rice was brought out to the fullest.

Hot sake on a cold winter day. Kikoooo! This, this, this! It's just like this. Like One Cup Ozeki, this is my favorite for everyday evening drinking.

It's mellow, but at the same time, it's the sake! (poorly expressed) and impactful sip. Perfect for everyday evening drinking. The final drink is oden with dashi soup stock 🍢 There's a beautiful picture when you look at the cup from the back! I didn't know that!
