Hanami Romain is a junmai ginjo sake brewed by Hanazumi Shuzo Co. Hanazumi Shuzo is dedicated to brewing local sake from rice, water, and people. All the rice used is produced in Aizu and Minami Aizu, including "Yumenoka" and "Fukunoka" rice developed in Fukushima Prefecture for sake brewing, and "Gohyakumangoku" rice produced locally.
