AKABU Junmai Ginjo Omachi This sake is brewed by a young master brewer, Ryunosuke Furudate, and other ambitious employees, who put their hearts and souls into their brewing. Our goal is to brew sake that evolves day by day without compromising the quality of each and every brew. We use Omachi sake produced in Okayama Prefecture. In order to make the most of the characteristics of Omachi, we brewed with an emphasis on water absorption and koji molding. This is AKABU's OMACHI! We hope you will enjoy it.
