Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Suwa.
I originally liked this fan label series, but this was my first try of the summer sake, which is only available now.
It has a refreshing dry aftertaste typical of summer sake. I prefer the regular Ougi, but this one is perfect for summer.
This is a sake that should be chilled to a crisp!
