Alcohol content 13%. Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio 70%. Drinking temperature: Cold It is slightly sparkling and has a slight acidity, and the timing was good to be able to drink it during the lingering summer heat. It is not a sake to be paired with anything, but rather to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a stand-alone sake.

Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki (from special A district in Hyogo Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio 35 Alcohol content 17 Date of production November 2021 Collaboration product with Tokyu Department Store's original gift "Kyokubi Denshin The aroma is gorgeous, the flavor is full-bodied, and the deliciousness continues down the throat, followed by a pleasant acidity that spreads over the tongue as the sake is swallowed. The "deep flavor" on the back of the label is a perfect description of the careful craftsmanship. The price is too high to use it as a gift, but I am grateful for the opportunity to have tasted it.

Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki Alcohol content 16-17%. Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree +3-4 Acidity 1.5 The aroma is moderate, and the harmony of acidity, gorgeous sweetness, and the smoky flavor characteristic of old sake makes this sake a gem that will keep you sipping. It is a great sake with a great cost performance, as it was obtained for less than 5K yen.

Ingredients rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol Raw material rice : Tokujo Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa, Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 40 Sake meter : -3 Acidity : 1.3 Alcohol content : 17 A bottle chosen for its appearance. We guess that it is often used as a gift rather than purchased for home drinking. The aroma, taste, and aftertaste are all well balanced at a high level, and even after a certain amount of intoxication, one can't help but think, "I must face this sake! Even if you are a certain level of drunk, this sake is a gem that makes you say, "I have to face this sake!

Ingredients Rice (Ishikawa), Rice malt (Ishikawa) Rice used: 100% Hyakumangoku No Shiro Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 13% (Unpasteurized) Production Date: Mar. 2022 It was described as slightly sparkling, but perhaps because it was chilled too much, it did not have much gasiness. Perhaps because no additives were used, the taste was mellow, and a tremendous sweetness filled the mouth. If it were to be paired with food, would it be suitable for Western cuisine? Since it is low-alcohol, we recommend this bottle for a hot-weather drink.

100% Hokuriku 12 Alcohol content 16.5 Ingredients: Rice (Niigata rice), Rice Koji (Niigata rice), Brewer's alcohol Rice polishing ratio 50%. The label states that the sake has a "faint ginjo aroma," and from the moment you put your mouth near the glass or sake cup, you can expect a gorgeous aroma that promises to be "delicious. The label says that it has a "calm taste," but when you take it into your mouth, its light flavor, deep deliciousness, and pleasant sweetness spread out at once. If you drink it too vigorously, the number of cups will pile up at once, so drink it with restraint. If you drink only a 4-ounce bottle, it will be gone in no time. LOL! Although it depends on the individual, I think this is a bottle that can be drunk with a meal. If you feel that the sweetness that lingers in the mouth does not go well with a meal, then sit back and enjoy it without any accompaniments. Next time I can get a bottle, I will try it lukewarm heated as stated on the label.

Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Blend ratio Shinnosuke (26.7%), Koshihikari (40%), Yukinkomai (33.3%) Alcoholic Beverage 14% alcohol by volume Production Date June 2022 The story behind the creation of the label on the back of the label is worth reading. The blending ratio changes according to the whims of the proprietress, so the taste and quality of the sake may have changed with each production timing. It is a sake that makes reviewers weep. I felt that the quality of the sake seemed to have been made with the boiling heat of this time of year in mind. I had a preconceived notion that it would be light and crisp because of its low alcohol content, but the light flavor gave the impression of coolness, and I found myself drinking more and more of it. Once you start drinking it, you can't stop, and you can't stop drinking it.

Year of release April 2022 Alcoholic Beverage 16% alcohol by volume Ingredients: 100% rice and rice koji (Gohyakumangoku) produced in Niigata Prefecture When I started drinking it cold, I had the impression that the aroma was covered by a lid. As it approached room temperature, the umami and aroma emerged, and the number of glasses went up. With little sweetness, it felt like a good, traditional sake. A well-balanced gem.

I am ashamed to say that I was completely unaware of the "Asaok Bunsei V." It starts with the aroma unique to sake yeast yeast yeast, followed by a refreshing sweetness that spreads on the tongue. A refreshing sourness escapes through the nose, and when you finish it off with a gulp, you feel a pleasant throat hit, and while enjoying the lingering aftertaste, a faint bitterness that begs for the next cup arrives, and you find yourself tilting the sake cup to your mouth. It was such a luxurious and bad-for-your-body (laugh) virtuous cycle that I couldn't stop. I am just thankful that I received this well-balanced, high-dimensional gem as a souvenir.

It has a lighter taste than Manju Junmai Daiginjo, but it still has a soft mouthfeel and a harmonious flavor. The price for a bottle was only a little over 4,000 yen, so it was a very economical sake.
