Ingredients: 100% rice and rice koji (Gohyakumangoku) produced in Niigata Prefecture
When I started drinking it cold, I had the impression that the aroma was covered by a lid. As it approached room temperature, the umami and aroma emerged, and the number of glasses went up. With little sweetness, it felt like a good, traditional sake. A well-balanced gem.
