It's my first time with Cho-Oh-Roku, so I'll take the Honjo with a ★1 for now!
The aroma is a bit pungent but not unpleasant🤔.
The umami and spiciness hit you hard at the same time!
The bitterness is just right and the finish is crisp!
It's heavy and alcoholic, but the taste is well balanced and exquisite!
It's heavy but easy to drink 😆.
