It is not spectacular, but has a mild aroma and a fresh, lush mouthfeel. 👍

It is more suitable for fried chicken wings than for sashimi. Not much aroma. It is a very light beer.

It was served warm at 42°C. The aroma tickled my nostrils. The aroma tickles the nostrils and the delicious rice flavor spreads in the mouth, making it a perfect match for sashimi. 😊👍

I had it cold, but it might be good warmed up.

I bought this at the Kanazawa/Noto Fair in the Hankyu Umeda Main Store. It has an elegant aroma of rice and a rich flavor that is full yet sharp. It's the best sake I've ever tasted.

It is a well balanced sake that you will never get tired of drinking😋👍.
