Really need to open the bottle attention ... ... iron ring opened half, the bottle cap directly sprayed out, the wine probably spilled a cup or so QQ! Fruity aroma with milk guava, melon, grape pulp and some honey sweet aroma. In the mouth, the bubbles are distinct and delicate, bringing out a soft and deep sweetness, with crisp acidity, achieving a perfect balance of sweet and sour to finish, with hardly a trace of bitterness or other impurities. It should be my first time to drink Echigo Kagura, and I found out that it is the result of mating Yamada Nishiki and Hokuriku No. 174, and the overall data performance is similar to Yamada Nishiki, but it is more cold-hardy. Starting off with First Class, I think I got something wrong with Echigoraku 😆.
