Overall refreshing, slightly sweet, delicately bubbly and richly layered summer wine, with acidity, minerality and a slightly bitter, pungent finish.
This is the first time I've tasted a summer wine that is so light!
This is probably one of the few summer wines I've enjoyed so far. It's clean, yet layered, and the first "no thoughts" experience was perfect!
