Taste of Omachi. Mild for its strength.
My husband drank it first and it's been 5 days since we opened the bottle, but I can enjoy it without any change in flavor in a good way.
I haven't had nigori for a long time.
Like everyone else who drank it, it took 5 minutes to open the bottle 😆.
It is quite effervescent.
It has a strong flavor and sweetness of Omachi, so I drank it seasonally chilled. Delicious - I'm not in great shape, but I can drink it easily (lol).
Good evening, sugiz! I've just had a drink the other day and it was 5 mins.
I drank it the other day and it was 5 minutes after opening the bottle as well. 🤣I was thirsty due to the heat, but the taste and drinkability of the wine made me finish it... 😆👍
It has been in the cellar for a long time, but never got around to drinking it. We opened the bottle on the pretext of our wedding anniversary: ㊗️
We said "23 years of peace!" and the table didn't change much from usual 😆.
The lid flies off when the bottle is opened. It's light and beautiful. It's sweet and sour and light, so I can see why it's popular with everyone.
And the label is cool💕.
Good evening, SUGIZ! (≧▽≦)
We would like to congratulate you on your wedding anniversary! I am very happy for your wedding anniversary ㊗.
And 23 years of peace is so wonderful!
It's great that you have been at peace for 23 years!
Anniversary birthplace, that's great! 👍
Hi sugiz 😃
Congratulations on your 23rd wedding anniversary 🎉There's nothing better than a normal, unchanging day. ‼️
We also had our first sansu the other day after a long time 😋 and we were so scared that the cork had blown 😅.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊.
Maybe they told me when I bought it...I completely forgot about it 😅It flies off the shelves at a level that should be marked with a warning to open the bottle: ❗️
The last of the sake obtained at the brewery during the holidays.
Firm body, alcoholic. Delicious with the sweetness of Yamadanishiki 😋.
I love Hinomaru Brewing💕
A bottle obtained at the brewery during the holidays.
It is lactic acidic with a slightly bitter taste.
According to the notice in the brewery's store...
This is a very rare sake that only the Tatenokawa Brewery has reproduced from the parent variety of Kame-no-o, the "phantom sake rice"! With a slightly sweet taste and mild aroma, it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between-dinner drink.
This strange name is said to be the name of a technique that the brewer used to win a match when he was a mixed martial arts fighter.
It has a lactic acid base with a firm bitterness. The sweetness is moderate.
A low-alcohol drink that is gentle on a tired body.
It is so light that you don't even feel the alcohol taste (personal difference?). The acidity is not too strong and it is easy to drink.
I am sure that even people who don't usually drink sake will enjoy it.
Ahhh...but I personally prefer a richer taste 😅I'll hold off until tomorrow.
Sake obtained at the brewery over the holidays✨.
Mild in terms of omachi. Elegant sweetness and umami, maybe because it's 45%? A refreshing and delicious bottle 😊.
Good morning, sugiz ☀️
I blended this one, so the label is blended too🤣‼️
I've never seen it at my local liquor store ❓I'll definitely buy it if I see it 😊.
Last day of consecutive holidays. We visited a brewery in Koshi.
The lunch Kaiseki course was very hearty. We also had various brands of sake to compare. Satisfying💕.
