HIZIRIZM Sake Mother Active Sake It takes a long time to open...😇(Even if it is well chilled, it is very difficult to suppress the initial spurting out!) The taste is very sweet and sour! Hyakumoku Junmai Daiginjo Capricious and slightly alcotic on the nose 😋. Mouthfeel is also pineapple type of gorgeousness! The umami (depth of flavor?) just starts to come out in the middle 🍍! The umami (depth of flavor?) comes out quite a bit! The aftertaste may be bitter like burnt 🧐. This sake is made by a major sake company, Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery! I'm glad I got to drink it because I don't buy it often. ☺️

Shinsei Ten Frog Although it has a gassy feeling, opening the bottle was not difficult! 😚 The aroma is slightly malty? It is very light with a hint of sweet and sour! When drinking it, it is still very gassy 💪. Low alcohol and very easy to drink 😍. First time I was able to buy this 🐸! I wish I could drink it again 🥰.

Gagakuyo - Narukami The aroma is of a vinegared iso type 🍌. The taste also has a hint of banana sweetness (rather firm 😉 ), but as is typical of Garakudai, the taste starts to become more refreshing (suitable for a mealtime drink?). It is easy to drink as it has a nice sharpness! I'm not sure if it's a good choice for a mealtime drink or not 🥰. I don't have a special distributor near me, but I can sometimes buy it online! I'll buy it regularly in the future!

Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi The aroma is surprisingly subdued 😌. Gentle on the palate, but the cappiness spreads quickly after swallowing! But compared to other series, it is relatively light and easy to drink 🍶(the bitterness that lingers afterwards like Omachi? (It's hard to feel the bitterness that lingers after the Oumachi-like taste! I think it's hard to feel the bitterness that lingers afterwards 🥰) I'm so happy to be able to buy a lot of Hana Yuu these days 😍.

Toyo Bijin Junmai Ginjo Nao Kumi Nama Gorgeous cupped aroma from the nose! (I think it was more subdued when I bought it last November?) The taste is also very fruity! (Pineapple 🍍) It's juicy and full-flavored while drinking, but has a very nice aftertaste and doesn't leave any residue on the palate! 😉 😉 I'm looking forward to next season! 😍😍😍

Mimuro-Sugi Romain Series 10th Anniversary Thanksgiving Sake Elegant aroma reminiscent of white peaches! The sweetness is as gentle and elegant as the aroma! Overall, it is light and easy to drink, but you will feel satisfied after drinking it (I also like the slight sourness that comes in the aftertaste 😘). The box and label both have a luxurious feel! I will be drinking a lot of this in the future! 😍😍😍

Kurau Yoshida -Night &Dance The aroma is a modern sake yeast yeast or yamahai type. It has a slight gasiness and a beautiful sweet and sour taste! It's not just light, but has a strong flavor... This balance is amazing at a very low alcohol of 9 degrees 👍😍👍 I thought it was a little expensive at 2,420 yen for a four-pack, but the rice polishing ratio is 40%. URAZATO PROTOTYPE4 The aroma has a strong alu feel, and the atmosphere may have a strong acidity (but it also has a herbaceous freshness). (But there is also a freshness like herbs.) Takachiyo Unrefined Unblended Sake SEVEN The aroma has a slight orizine smell? Unusual for the Hiragana series? It has a strong sense of gas! Even with the gasiness, it still has a fruity sweetness! (Melon-like, just like the label). The aftertaste is refreshing! (If the gassy feeling is removed, it will have a sweet taste...) I want to buy a bottle next year 🫨.

Kouei Kiku Twilight Orange The aroma is raw sake-like and alu-feeling. Sweet and juicy type of flavor! There is some acidity, but it may seem more subdued than the rest of the series! (I guess the others are just too strong, but this one has enough too?) I bought it for the first time in 3 years! I guess a bottle of Koei Kiku is more cosy than a bottle of Koei Kiku 😍.

Sourced from the brewer Kuheiji, light nigori The aroma is of vinegar and alcohol 😗. There is a hint of banana-like sweetness, but the overall taste is clean! The sake is clean and gentle from the first sip to the aftertaste! (Not so much orizumi, is it?) I failed to make a reservation this year, but I had a chance to buy it! Thank you very much 🙇.

Yokoyama Summer Jungin Is the aroma of the royal road type? Vinegar iso! The aroma is of the classic vinegar iso! The sweetness is a gorgeous mix of banana and tropical fruits! It has a refreshing aftertaste with a strong acidity typical of summer sake! 😌 I've had Yokoyama twice in the past, but I think it was completely capsule type then...? I wonder if they changed the type because it's a summer sake? 🧐

great burrowing beetle Quite unique from the aroma...(hard to describe 😓) A very strong sourness on the palate! (Is this typical of Kabutomushi?). I think there was some sweetness in past years, but this time there was almost no sweetness at all... just acidity! I felt it! Rumor has it that they have changed the production process?
