Quite unique from the aroma...(hard to describe 😓)
A very strong sourness on the palate! (Is this typical of Kabutomushi?).
I think there was some sweetness in past years, but this time there was almost no sweetness at all... just acidity! I felt it!
Rumor has it that they have changed the production process? I'll have to keep an eye on it..! I'll have to keep an eye on things... 😏.
