The aroma has a strong alu feel, and the atmosphere may have a strong acidity (but it also has a herbaceous freshness). (But there is also a freshness like herbs.)
The taste is sweet and thick from the first sip! It is fresh from the middle, and the aftertaste is acidic. (It's a strange feeling 😉 )
I bought it because it is a sake made with acid base and sweet sake yeast! I'll look into more about the making of it! I'll try to find out more about the brewing process 🥰.
